At i3DPrint, we take product safety seriously and wish to ensure all customers are fully informed before purchasing or handling any of our 3D printed items. Please read the following important safety information carefully. By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

⚠ General Product Warning

All products sold by i3DPrint are 3D printed using PLA (Polylactic Acid) filament and are intended for home decorative or light tactile interaction purposes only and are not designed, marketed or sold as toys.

These products are not toys and must not be treated as such. Despite their colourful appearance and playful designs, these items are intended for collectors, hobbyists, or enthusiasts aged 14 and over.

⚠ Age Restriction

  • i3DPrint products are intended for persons aged 14 years and over.

  • These products should not be purchased for or given to minors, infants, small children or pets.

  • If purchasing as a gift, it is your responsibility to ensure the recipient meets the minimum age requirement of 14 years or above.

⚠ Choking Hazard & Small Parts

  • All items contain small parts, articulated components, or pointed elements that could pose a choking hazard or cause injury if misused. As such, they are not suitable for children under 14 years of age and should be kept out of reach of anybody below the age of 14 and pets at all times.

⚠ Fragility & Sharp Edges

  • 3D printed products may contain sharp points, edges, or fine components that may cause injury if handled incorrectly.

  • Due to the nature of 3D printing, parts can break if dropped, flexed, or subjected to force.

⚠ Intended Use

  • All i3DPrint products are intended for home decorative display or light tactile interaction purposes only.

  • Products are not designed or tested for food contact, excessive mechanical use, weight-bearing purposes, or outdoor exposure.

⚠ Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Clean gently with a soft dry cloth. Do not expose products to water, high heat, solvents, or abrasive cleaning agents.

⚠ Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that products are used appropriately and safely in accordance with this safety information.

  • i3DPrint accepts no liability for injuries, damages, or incidents resulting from misuse, inappropriate handling, or failure to follow these safety guidelines.

⚠ Compliance Statement

i3DPrint operates in accordance with all applicable UK product safety and consumer protection laws, including but not limited to:

  • The Consumer Protection Act 1987

  • The General Product Safety Regulations 2005

  • The Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011 (Note: our products are not classified as toys and are not subject to EN71 certification. We explicitly market all products as non-toys, and this classification is supported by product design, labelling and intended use.)

⚠ Limitations of Liability

i3DPrint shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss or claim arising out of improper use, handling, or misuse of its products, or failure to follow the safety guidance provided.

By purchasing our products, the customer accepts full responsibility for safe and appropriate use.

⚠ Customer Responsibility Reminder

It is the customer's responsibility to assess product suitability for their intended use. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable, please contact us before purchasing.

⚠ No Intended Use for Food Contact

i3DPrint products are not certified or approved for food contact or storage. Products must not be used to serve, store, or prepare food or beverages.

⚠ No Intended Use for Pets

i3DPrint products are not designed or intended for use by animals or pets. Products must be kept out of reach of pets at all times.

⚠ Environmental and Temperature Exposure Disclaimer

Products are designed for indoor display use only. Exposure to direct sunlight, excessive heat, humidity, or freezing temperatures may cause warping, discolouration or structural weakness.

⚠ Material Disclosure

All products are 3D printed using PLA (polylactic acid), a biodegradable thermoplastic material derived from renewable sources such as corn starch or sugarcane. PLA may soften or deform if exposed to high temperatures (above 50°C / 122°F).

⚠ Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect all items immediately upon delivery and notify i3DPrint of any defects or damage within 72 hours of receipt.

⚠ Safety for Intended Audience

All products sold by i3DPrint are intended for adult collectors or hobbyists. Products are not intended, marketed or suitable for children under 14 years of age.
